Carlos joined our team in December of 2021. He started as an Operator and moved up to Foreman. He was then promoted to his current position where he supports and works side by side with our production and maintenance teams, ensuring we are producing enough product to fill our customers’ orders. He enjoys spending time with family and fishing.
